Changes
Move or change your booking for free with 24 hours' notice or more.
Late cancellation
With less than 24 hours' notice, there is a fee of 50% of the price (at least $50).
No access
If we can't get into the home after waiting 30 minutes, the late-cancellation fee applies.
Re-clean guarantee
If something isn't right, tell us within 48 hours and we come back to re-clean it for free.
Payment
You pay after the clean. We confirm the payment options when we confirm your booking.
Minimum order
The minimum for a one-time clean is $120.
Recurring plans
No contract. Skip, move or cancel a visit for free with 24 hours' notice. If you skip 2 visits in a row, the price goes back to the one-time rate.
Prices and the condition of the home
The online price is based on the condition you describe. If the home needs much more work, we'll tell you before we start. Post-construction prices are final only after we see photos.
