Good to know
Do you bring your own supplies?
Yes. Every price includes products and equipment, including a HEPA vacuum and pet-safe products. If you prefer your own products, tell us and we take $10 off.
Do I need to be home?
No. Many clients leave a key or a lockbox code, or arrange access with the concierge. Tell us how to get in when you book.
Is the online price the final price?
Yes, for house, deep, move and recurring cleans, as long as the home matches what you told us. For move-outs, if the home needs much more work than described, we tell you before we start. Post-construction gets a final price after we see photos.
What if something isn't right?
Tell us within 48 hours and we come back to re-clean it for free.
When and how do I pay?
After the clean. We confirm the payment options when we confirm your booking. Prices are in CAD, plus GST if applicable.
